Sick

We were all sick pretty much all of February! Jamesers got croup, along with me and James (who knew there was adult croup). We were all super sick, but Jamesers went two nights and three days with absolutely no sleep! He would fall asleep on my shoulder for about 5 minutes here and there but that was it. So we went to the doctors and soon after that they admitted us to the hospital. James had strider breathing and by the time we got into the hospital when he would breath in his chest sucked in almost to his spinal chord (no exaggeration). It was pretty scary to listen and see how much he was struggling to breath, but the breathing treatments worked great and we were all able to get some very needed sleep. It was so sad to see him so sick. He literally just sat around for two weeks and didn't want to do anything but be held. I can't even tell you how many times we watched Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc. Every now and then he would let us sit him on the couch, and this was the set up he had to have. Poor little guy.
